Guiding and Corporate Events
Mountain Bike Guiding, Team Building & Event Support
Looking for something more memorable than the usual corporate day? SkillsLoop provides professional mountain bike guiding, coaching and event support for businesses, private groups and cycling events.
From guided rides at Cannock Chase to bespoke team-building sessions and professional event support, we can shape the riding experience around your group.
What We Can Provide
Corporate MTB Days
Outdoor riding experiences designed to give your team something different, active and memorable.
Guided Mountain Bike Rides
Professional guiding around suitable mountain bike trails, including Cannock Chase, with routes matched to the group's ability.
Team Building
Mountain biking naturally encourages communication, confidence, shared challenges and group support.
Event Coaching & Rider Support
Qualified coaches available to support cycling events, demonstrations, test tracks and organised riding experiences.
Corporate Mountain Bike Experiences
A mountain bike day can be a refreshing alternative to a traditional corporate activity.
It gets people outdoors, creates shared experiences and gives teams a challenge that can be adapted to suit different confidence and ability levels.
Your session could include:
- Guided trail riding
- Mountain bike skills coaching
- Confidence-building activities
- Group challenges
- Progressive riding tasks
- Bespoke content based on rider experience
- Support planning the riding element of your day
Guided MTB Rides at Cannock Chase
Visiting Cannock Chase with a group and want somebody who knows the trail network?
SkillsLoop can guide riders around suitable purpose-built trails while you concentrate on enjoying the ride.
Local Knowledge
Spend less time working out where to go and more time enjoying the trails.
Ability Appropriate
Terrain can be selected around the group's experience rather than forcing everyone onto unsuitable trails.
Professional Support
Ride with experienced coaches who understand group management, progression and trail-based riding.
Flexible Format
Guided riding can form part of a wider corporate day, private group booking or bespoke MTB experience.
Experienced Cycling Event Support
SkillsLoop has previously supported major cycling events, including The Cycle Show at Birmingham NEC, where we were selected to coach and guide riders on the purpose-built Test Track.
That experience allows us to support events where rider management, coaching, communication and professional delivery are important.
Mixed Ability Group?
That's completely normal.
Corporate and private groups often include riders with very different levels of mountain bike experience.
Tell us about your group before the event.
The more we understand about rider confidence, experience and bike access, the better we can shape the day around the people attending.
Need Bike Hire?
Don't have suitable bikes for everyone attending?
SkillsLoop does not directly provide bike hire through this service, but we can advise on local businesses that may offer suitable rental options, subject to availability.
Please contact us early if bike hire may be required.
Availability can vary, particularly around weekends and busy riding periods.
Who Is This Suitable For?
- Businesses planning team-building days
- Corporate wellbeing activities
- Groups visiting Cannock Chase
- Private riding groups
- Clubs and organised cycling groups
- Cycling events and festivals
- Brands requiring professional MTB support
Built Around Your Group

Useful information to include in your enquiry:

- Whether participants have their own bikes
- Preferred location
- Whether you want guiding, coaching or both
- Any particular goals for the event
