Here we check that your body positioning is correct and that your bike is setup for the course ahead.
Weighting the bike
Weighting your mountain bike is a fundamental technique and key to learning to jump correctly. Learning this early will help you on your quest to becoming a jump pro!
Time to get those wheels off the ground!
We will take you through the fundamentals of jumping so you have a better understanding of the HOW and WHY things sometimes happen when we least expect them too.
Dependant on which ability level is chosen we will progress from small jumps, on to table tops and finally gap and/or step down jumps.
Drop Off Technique
The interesting fact is once you have mastered the drop off technique on smaller drops the progression is relatively quick and more importantly, safe.
Your safety is our main focus and this section will only be progress when our instructor feels that you are ready.
Beginner/Intermediate (New to jumping) - Follow the dog
Advanced (Want to progress to bigger jumps) - Stile Cop
Prices are inclusive of site permission charges.
Half and Full Day Courses are available. Full Day Courses allow for extra detail and trail time.

Min Age: 18* (unless accompanied by an adult)
Course Start Times: Full Day 10:00am - 3:00pm (Short break included)
AM Half Day: 10:00am - 1:00pm
