Below we will take you through what to expect on your chosen course. 

Beginner

The start of your journey in getting those wheels off the ground!

We will cover body positioning, pump technique, bunny hop, jump technique, drop off/ roll-in technique.

We will start by popping of a small beginner friendly table top and then progress to slightly larger table tops. Everyone progresses differently, our coaches will advise if they feel you are not safe to proceed to larger jumps.

Please note: You do not need to be able to bunny hop to jump but the understanding  and feeling of the bunny hop really helps your jump progression. 

Intermediate

All of what the beginner course involves but progression to the larger table tops and if skill level allows, adding in gaps!

Advanced

The advanced course will really take you to new heights! 

This course will include jumping larger table tops and gap jumps.

This course is perfect for the rider that is already jumping but wants to really work on their technique.

Important 

Our coaches will only progress you if they feel you are ready to move to a larger feature. Your safety is our number 1 priority.

Please do not feel sad or frustrated at yourself or our coaches if they ask you to remain on a smaller features to work on your technique.
