Private Hill Top Course
Private Hill Top Bike Park Coaching
Want to improve your jumping, build confidence and start getting more from your time at the bike park?
Our Private Hill Top Course is designed to help you understand the techniques behind jumping, improve your consistency and progress towards bigger features.
From your first table top to more advanced jump progression, we'll tailor the coaching to your ability and goals.
Is this course right for you?
Hill Top Bike Park offers a range of table top jumps, from Blue through to Black-level features, providing a great environment for developing your jumping technique.
Whether you're learning to jump, struggling with take-off timing or looking to progress onto larger features, we'll work at a pace that suits your current riding.
What will we work on?
Good jumping starts with strong foundations. We'll look at your current technique before working towards your individual goals.
Body Position & Balance
Develop a stable, balanced riding position that allows you to move freely and stay in control of the bike.
Pumping & Dynamic Movement
Learn how to load and unload the bike, use your arms and legs effectively and work with the shape of the terrain.
Take-Off Technique
Improve your approach speed, timing and extension to create controlled, consistent lift from the take-off.
Flight & Landing
Learn to stay balanced in the air, follow the jump with your movement and prepare for a controlled landing.
Squash, POP, Hands, Feet! We'll help you understand the timing and movement behind jumping rather than relying on speed alone.
Video feedback included
Jumping happens quickly, and it isn't always easy to feel exactly what your body and bike are doing.
We use video feedback during coaching to help you see your technique, understand your timing and identify areas for improvement.
See it. Understand it. Change it. Small adjustments in body position and timing can make a big difference to your jumping.
