You finish a ride knowing there’s something you want to improve. Perhaps it’s the corners that never feel smooth, the drops you hesitate at or the technical sections that knock your confidence. You want to work on it, but knowing what to change is often the difficult part.
That’s why we’ve created the SkillsLoop Ultimate Progression Package: three private coaching courses, personal video feedback between sessions and practical tools to help you keep developing.
It gives us time to understand your riding, help you make changes and see how those changes are working when you return.
Why return for three courses?
A coaching day can give you plenty to think about. Putting those ideas into practice on your own trails is where you begin to discover what has clicked and what still needs attention.
Returning for coaching lets us build on that experience. We can review your practice, work through habits that keep creeping back and refine the techniques that are starting to feel more natural.
The package is built around your starting point and goals. You might spend all three courses developing your cornering, or work on a combination of foundations, jumps, drops and technical trail skills. We’ll agree the priorities with you and adapt as you progress.
Your progression journey
Course one: find your starting point
We assess your riding, discuss your goals and check your bike setup. Together, we identify the techniques and habits that deserve attention. You leave with clear practice priorities to record in your Skills Journal.
Between courses: get feedback on your practice
Send one short video of the technique we’re working on. We review what is improving and explain what needs adjusting, giving you a useful focus before your next course.
Course two: develop and refine
We review your practice and feedback, refine the movements that need attention and build your skills through suitable drills and trail features. You leave with updated priorities, followed by your second video analysis before the final course.
Course three: bring it together
We work on applying your skills to appropriate terrain, building consistency and adapting to the trail. We review your original goals and create a personalised plan for your next stage of riding.
Time to practice matters.
We suggest spreading the three courses over approximately 8–12 weeks. This is suggested spacing, with dates agreed around your availability and goals.
What’s included?
- Three private, one-to-one coaching courses shaped around your ability, confidence and riding goals.
- Two personal video analyses, one between courses one and two, and another between courses two and three.
- A SkillsLoop Skills Journal, sent ahead of your first course to help you record coaching points and track your practice.
- Bike Setup Tool access, with a code for personalised starting recommendations that we can check and refine during coaching.
- Course video and photos from every session, so you can revisit your riding and keep a record of your development.
- Priority choice of available dates before public release, subject to availability.
- Personal practice priorities and a final progression plan to help you keep developing after the package.
How the video analyses work
Each analysis covers one short clip of up to 60 seconds, showing the agreed technique. During your course, we’ll discuss the most useful camera angle.
Ask someone to film a clear, steady view with your whole body and entire bike visible throughout. Seeing the full movement helps us give feedback that relates to what you are practising.
Choose half days or full days
Both options include the same progression support. Choose the session length that suits how you want to learn and practise.
| Package | Private courses | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Half day | Three × 3 hours | £579 |
| Full day | Three × 5 hours | £669 |
Each package is for one rider. Half days provide nine hours of coaching across three visits; full days provide 15 scheduled course hours.
What happens after you book?
SkillsLoop will contact you to discuss your current ability, confidence and requirements. Together, we’ll arrange your three dates and agree coaching locations with terrain suited to your development.
Your journal and setup code will be arranged ahead of the first course. We’ll also confirm where to meet and what to bring before each session.
Is the package right for you?
You don’t need to be an advanced rider. You do need a willingness to learn and time to practice between courses.
Whether you’re rebuilding confidence, working through long-standing habits or preparing for more demanding riding, we’ll work from your starting point. Progress varies with your experience, practice and conditions, so the coaching develops at a suitable pace.
Want to attend with a partner or friend? We can discuss a shared package for riders with compatible abilities and goals, with individual journals, setup access, two video analyses per rider and personal practice priorities. Contact Adam to discuss a shared booking.
Give your riding a clear direction.
Bring your goals and the areas that frustrate you. We’ll help you understand what to change, why it matters and what to practise next.
