To try and be as fair as we can to our customers we give you the opportunity to transfer your booking/voucher to another date free of charge up to 5 days before your course day.

We operate a no refund policy once purchase has been made.

If you request a course/voucher transfer within the 5 days up to 3 days prior to your course you will incur a 50% charge of your original purchase. No refunds will be given.

If you request to transfer your course/voucher the day prior or the day of the date of your course your request will be refused and you will loose your booking. No refunds will be given.

Any transfers of a booking prior to the 5 day period can be done via email/text to SkillsLoop LTD (this is dependant on availability). We offer 3 opportunities to rebook your course within a 12 month period, after the 3rd try your booking will be void and no refunds will be given. 

Group and team bookings will also follow the above terms & conditions.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN YOU BOOK! 

There are no exceptions to this rule.

Sometimes things we cannot control like the extreme weather conditions or for operational reasons will give us reason to cancel at short notice. During the winter months if the roads are too dangerous to drive on due to snow/ice or we have high winds then we will have to cancel due to safety implications. 

We will try and give you as much notice as possible and will transfer your booking to another date (no refunds will be allowed). SkillsLoop LTD will take no financial responsibility for any other costs incurred for these cancellations (for example travel costs/accommodation costs).  If the weather causes the course to end early, SkillsLoop may offer another date for the remainder of the course to continue. Elapsed time of course will be taken into account.

It is important that the contact number and email address left when booking are the correct details to get hold of you should we need to cancel. If bad weather is forecast please check your emails and texts before you set off.
 We would also ask that the names of all group riders are sent to info@skillsloop.com after the booking has been made. SkillsLoop LTD require ALL RIDERS to complete their Contact Form and Par-Q. It is not SkillsLoop LTD accountability to ensure these forms are completed but that of the person booking the course, riders who have not completed the required forms will be unable to part take in the course and no refund will be given.

Please note, rain does not affect our courses and we will not cancel for these conditions – please ensure you dress for the conditions appropriately and that your bike is in good working order. Any mechanicals to your bike will be taken out of your course time and not added on.

SkillsLoop LTD gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and have no cash value. Gift vouchers are not a form of priority booking, and participants are encouraged to book early to secure their preferred course dates. During busy times, it may be harder to book a course, and participants are advised to contact SkillsLoop LTD if they experience difficulties. Unused gift vouchers will not be refunded, and SkillsLoop LTD will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Voucher recipients assume all risks and responsibilities associated with their purchase with SkillsLoop LTD courses, and agree to be bound by SkillsLoop LTD's terms and conditions.

We do not except that you have tried contacting us via social media platforms as a valid reason for expired vouchers.

Once again, It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to make the receiver of the gift voucher aware of the expiry date and for the gift voucher to be used. 
By purchasing a gift voucher you are not buying into a priority booking system. If you would like to add a rider to your course alongside using your gift voucher please contact us to arrange this prior to booking.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional activity.

RIDERS UNDER 16: 

SkillsLoop LTD's underage coaching services require that a parent or legal guardian be present during all coaching sessions. By registering their child for SkillsLoop LTD's underage coaching services, the parent or legal guardian agrees to assume all responsibility for their child's participation and any risks associated with it.

SkillsLoop LTD provides its services "as is" and does not make any warranties or representations, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SkillsLoop LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use its services. Users of SkillsLoop LTD's services assume all risks and responsibilities associated with their use, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillsLoop LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of SkillsLoop LTD's services.

By attending a SkillsLoop LTD course you are agreeing that you are aware of the risks and dangers of the sport and understand that at any point of the course you can request to stop the course.

SkillsLoop LTD is not liable for any person or persons on medication. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have necessary medicines with them for the duration of the course.

Please note that promotional voucher codes can only be used in conjunction with the specific course that has been advertised. If you attempt to use a voucher code with a different course, the code will be refunded minus the transaction fee. We kindly ask you to ensure that you use the voucher code appropriately, in accordance with the terms and conditions provided, to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges. Please contact us before purchasing if unsure.

1. Promotional Activity: Promotional codes provided by SkillsLoop may only be redeemed once per customer and in conjunction with live promotions.

2. Post-Purchase Promotions: If a promotion goes live after the purchase of a course, the promotional offer cannot be applied retroactively to the already purchased course.

3. Expiry Dates: All promotions offered by SkillsLoop have expiry dates. Once the expiry date has passed, the promotional codes will no longer be active or redeemable.

By using any promotional codes provided by SkillsLoop, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. SkillsLoop reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.
